We believe God has put leadership potential inside of every person, and if you’re in a place where you want to learn more about how you can grow and develop in your personal leadership, then come to Step Three of our monthly Covenant Next Steps class. Next Steps takes place every month, over four consecutive weeks, and at Step Three, we’ll unpack some practical tools that will help you grow into the person God created you to be.
If you’ve attended the first three steps of Next Steps and are ready to use your gifts and passions to make a difference here at Covenant, we hope you’ll make plans to join us for the final step of the Covenant Next Steps - Step Four. At Step Four you’ll be introduced to the Covenant Serve Team and you will learn how you can be a part of the team. Our team leaders will help you find the serve area that best fits your interests and abilities.
If you’re new to Covenant or want to learn more about who we are as a church, then we invite you to join us today for Step One of Covenant Next Steps. The monthly Next Steps class is made up of four consecutive weekly experiences designed to help you grow in your relationship with God, connect to the church, and reach your full potential. At Step One, you’ll hear some of the ins and outs of our church, learn details about our beliefs, our leadership and church government, how we handle money, and how we intentionally organize our church.
We believe that God gave every one of us unique gifts and talents to fulfill the specific purpose He created us for, and if you want to learn more about the gifts He’s given you, make plans to attend Step Two of Covenant Next Steps. Next Steps is our monthly, four-step process that is designed to help you take next steps in your relationship with God and reach your full potential. At the second step, you will get to take a personality profile and spiritual gifts assessment. Then, we will be able to uncover how your unique design can point you toward your purpose.
We each yearn to live superheroic lives that make a real difference. Yet, most of the time, our lives are filled with things that exist to make us happy. How can we grow to be able to superheroically change people’s lives when, right now, we get frustrated at the inconvenience of having to tap our devices too many times to just change our screens? Where can we go to grow into being the kind of people who know how to face challenges and obstacles and to overcome them? Where can we work out and work into our lives the courage and the faith we need to not runaway from the giants and walls in our lives but to actually run right toward them? 2,000 years ago, Jesus took a dozen young people and grew them into a movement that would turn the world upside down.
At Overcomers Camp 2019 in Atlanta, GA, your own life will be changed forever as Jesus invites you into a life of power and passion that cannot help but to transform the world, one person, one family and one neighborhood at a time.
Over three days, we will bring to life the story of Joseph through worship, games, puppets, skits, object lessons, dramas and dances. Children will walk away from this with a better understanding of The Word and how it relates to them personally. The program is designed for children ages 4 through 5th grade, but all family members are encouraged to stay and enjoy.
